Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange Instructions
1. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges cannot be processed after the 7-day grace period (calculated from the delivery date).
2. Items to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or makeup marks, ensuring they are suitable for resale. The product packaging must be intact (including the outer box or bag). Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the product packaging or shoe box; use an additional box or bag instead. All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and other items must be included.
The shoe box is considered part of the product for footwear. The box and shoes must be returned together. Damaged shoe boxes will be treated as product damage, and refunds will not be issued.
3. Once the exchange is confirmed, we will arrange for HCT Logistics to pick up the item. Please ensure your phone is available for contact. If the courier is unable to collect the item after two attempts, you will need to send the item to the designated location at your own expense within the grace period.
4. Upon receiving the item and verifying it is in perfect condition with complete packaging, Palladium will ship the exchange item within 3 business days.
Return Instructions
1. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns cannot be processed after the 7-day grace period (calculated from the delivery date).
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or makeup marks, ensuring they are suitable for resale. The product packaging must be intact (including the outer box or bag). Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the product packaging or shoe box; use an additional box or bag instead. All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and other items must be included.
★ Please ensure that returned items are in new condition with complete packaging (including product, outer box, accessories, and tags).
★ All returned items will undergo inspection before refunds are processed.
★ For footwear, the shoe box is part of the product and must be returned with the shoes.
★ We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions and will return them to the customer. Return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.

3. Upon receiving the item and verifying it is in perfect condition with complete packaging, Palladium will issue a refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, please provide your refund information with the return. Incomplete information may delay the refund process.
Promotions
※ Product prices are based on the purchase date. Even if the price changes due to promotions or limited-time sales after purchase, the original price paid will apply. We will not charge additional amounts or offer refunds for price differences.
✤ Palladium reserves the right to make final decisions on promotions and exchange/return policies.
✤ When applying for a return, if the total order amount falls below the gift threshold after the return, please return the gift as well. If you wish to keep the gift, the gift’s retail price will be deducted from your refund.
