Refund Policy

1. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns cannot be processed after the 7-day grace period (calculated from the delivery date).

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or makeup marks, ensuring they are suitable for resale. The product packaging must be intact (including the outer box or bag). Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the product packaging or shoe box; use an additional box or bag instead. All accessories, plastic wrapping, manuals, tags, labels, and other items must be included.

The shoe box is considered part of the product for footwear. The box and shoes must be returned together.

2. Socks and intimate items are personal hygiene products and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

3. Once the return is confirmed, we will arrange for Logistics to pick up the item. Please ensure your phone is available for contact. If the courier is unable to collect the item after two attempts, you will need to send the item to the designated location at your own expense within the grace period. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day grace period.

4. Upon receiving the item and verifying it is in perfect condition with complete packaging, Palladium SG will issue a refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
