Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable to items that:

  • Have been approved for return within 7 days of delivery (based on delivery confirmation date)

  • Meet all Return Conditions stated in our Return Policy

  • Are received by us within the approved return timeline

Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.


Important Notes on Refund Timing

  • The actual crediting date is determined by your bank or payment provider’s policies

  • If you do not see the refund after it has been processed by us, please contact your bank or card issuer directly for further assistance


Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds are not available for the following items once opened or used:

  • Socks

  • Intimate / personal-wear items


Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or incorrect item sent by us

  • Any return shipping or pick-up fees (if applicable) are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated


Right to Refuse Refunds

Palladium reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that:

  • Show signs of wear, damage, or improper handling

  • Are returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Are returned outside the approved return period
